Start with the items the bag must carry

A crossbody bag should be planned around the items that travel with it every day. Write down what belongs in the main compartment, what needs quick access, and what should stay separate. For MG6002, the stated carry is a phone, wallet, keys, and other daily essentials. MG5001 is specified for a phone, small tablet, keys, wallet, and daily essentials. These lists give you a more useful starting point than choosing a pocket count first.

Choose between one clear space and divided access

A single zippered main compartment keeps the layout simple. The MG6002 crescent shoulder bag uses that format with an adjustable strap. When a program needs more separation, MG5004 uses a three-pocket layout with a zippered access pocket. Decide whether the wearer will carry a few larger items or several small items that need to be found without emptying the bag.

Use internal and exterior pockets for different jobs

Internal organizers can keep small items from settling at the bottom, while exterior pockets reduce the need to open the main compartment. MG5001 has internal organizer pockets, a front zip pocket, and a rear phone pocket. MG5003 adds a mesh divider and organizer pockets inside, plus a front zip pocket, a snap-fastening front pocket, and side pockets. The layout should follow the way the bag will be opened and carried, rather than the number of storage areas.

Check size and material alongside the pocket plan

Pocket layout changes how the bag uses its available space. MG5001 is listed at 35 × 12 × 27.5 cm with an approximate weight of 0.25 kg. MG5003 is listed at 41 × 32 × 16 cm with an approximate weight of 0.30 kg. MG5001 uses 280T water-repellent nylon with a 200D polyester lining, while MG5003 uses 280T water-repellent nylon. Review the pocket construction, strap adjustment, and logo panel on the approved sample before confirming the final specification.

Put the approved layout into the custom brief

Record the selected model, pocket purpose, dimensions, fabric, lining, color, strap details, logo position, and packaging request. Keep the artwork and sample photos with the same record. The product page gives you a starting construction, while the quotation and approved sample confirm the final details. This makes the pocket layout easier to check when the custom crossbody bag moves into production.
