Quality control
Check the bag against one approved specification.
A physical sample and written requirements provide the reference for production checks. The exact inspection scope is agreed for each order.
Check 02
Incoming materials
Fabric appearance, colour direction, lining, webbing, zipper, and hardware are compared with the project specification.
Check 03
Construction
Seams, reinforcement, handle and strap attachment, zipper paths, pockets, and compartment layout are checked during assembly.
Check 04
Measurements and logo
Finished dimensions, logo size, position, colour, and edge quality are compared with the approved details.
Check 05
Packing and release
Quantity, individual packing, carton marks, and requested pre-shipment records are reviewed before dispatch.
Evidence is project-specific
If your order requires third-party testing, an inspection company, an AQL plan, or specific reports, include that requirement before quotation and sampling.
