Start with the artwork and fabric

The logo method belongs in the bag brief after the artwork and fabric are clear. Note the finished logo size, colors, fine lines, small text, and the panel where it will sit. Current product specifications state that printing, embroidery, patch, or label options depend on the artwork and fabric. That wording is a useful reminder to review the method with the actual bag construction.

Compare the four methods as starting options

Product pages for models such as MG5001, MG5003, MG8010, and the structured zip-top tote list printing, embroidery, patch, or label as available logo methods subject to artwork and fabric. Treat these as options to discuss, not as a finished recommendation. Ask the supplier to confirm which method fits the chosen panel, material, logo size, and requested colors.

Check the logo on the physical sample

A screen mockup can show placement, but the physical sample lets you check the finish on the real panel. Review the logo when the bag is empty and packed, then look at its scale, edge quality, color, and distance from seams or pockets. If the method or size changes, record the revised request and compare it with the approved artwork.

Keep color and material decisions together

A logo color can look different against a water-repellent nylon outer, a canvas panel, or a woven tote fabric. MG5001 uses 280T water-repellent nylon with a 200D polyester lining, MG8003 uses a canvas outer with a contrasting panel, and the structured tote uses water-resistant woven fabric with a soft lining. Keep the selected material, bag color, lining, logo colors, and method in the same specification.

Write the approved method into the brief

Record the model, panel, finished logo size, artwork file, colors, logo method, fabric, lining, packaging, and any sample changes. The quotation and approved sample confirm the final construction, while the product page gives you the starting model. A complete record makes the custom logo bag easier to check before production begins.
